The club is delighted to confirm its management team ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
Manager Dan Flack continues at the helm and will once again lead the first team into the new season. Dan's commitment and passion for the club has been pivotal in the last 4 season of progression up the pyramid. The Executive Committee are pleased to see him continue in the role.
Also remaining in place is Martin Bond, who will now commence the role of Assistant Manager. Martin's experience, knowledge of the squad and support within the management structure make him a vital part of the team's ongoing development.
The club is equally pleased to confirm that Hollie Bird will continue in her role as Physiotherapist. Hollie's professionalism and dedication to player welfare have been invaluable, ensuring the squad remains in the best possible condition throughout the season.
Joining the management team as First Team Coach is Ben Watts.
Ben arrives with an impressive coaching background, having most recently held first-team coaching roles at both Kettering Town and St Ives Town. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience within the academy systems at Peterborough United and Northampton Town, helping to develop young players in professional environments.
A highly qualified coach, Ben holds a UEFA A Licence as well as a UEFA B Goalkeeping Licence. Alongside his football commitments, he works daily within coaching through his own successful freelance coaching business.
Ben's experience across both senior and youth football, combined with his proven coaching credentials, will be a significant asset to the club as preparations continue for the new season.
The club would also like to place on record its sincere thanks to Richard Pickering, who departs the management team ahead of the new season. Richard's commitment, hard work and contribution during his time at Bourne Town FC have been greatly appreciated, and everyone at the club wishes him every success for the future.
